ATE Support Engineer
Location: Ocala, FL Job ID: #71148 Pay Range: $47-56 ph (W2) Duration: 12 mos Duties include supporting the operation, calibration, and maintenance of test stations used during optical and electrical checks for the production unit. Additionally, the Engineer will support root cause failure analysis if the tested production unit fails. Upon determination of the root cause, the Engineer would then recommend and implement corrective actions on the test station as required or in the case of a production unit failure, provide recommendations to manufacturing engineering. Required Experience/Skills: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered career or journey level. * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with Power Electronics * Candidate must have at least 2-4 years experience with Production * Candidate must have at least 2-4 years experience with Electrical Testing * Candidate must have at least 2-4 years experience with User Acceptance Testing * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with Validation Test Plans * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with Test Stations in a Production Environment * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with with Microsoft Office * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills: * Familiarity with common lab equipment: DMM, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies * Familiarity with Troubleshooting test equipment with schematics and documentation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Work well in a team environment Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
