Work Schedule 90% FTE, Evening/night shift with a weekend and holiday rotation. As a Charge Nurse/Care Team Leader, you'll be more than a nurse-you'll be a front-line leader shaping exceptional patient care and supporting an extraordinary team. We are seeking a Charge Nurse/Care Team Leader that will: Lead with Purpose: Serve as a trusted leader and resource for your team while caring for patients with complex, inspiring journeys. Impact Lives Every Day: Provide expert care for acutely ill patients, including those undergoing stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapy, and end-of-life care.
