AGE Solutions is looking for a Scheduler Lead to join our team in support of an upcoming cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this role, you'll be responsible for assigning resources to assessments within the automated travel scheduling tool (commonly referred to as TRIPS) provided by the Government.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Assign technical resources at least 15 business days before CONUS visits and 45 business days before OCONUS visits
  • Notify Government Scheduling 10 business days before a visit if contractor resources are unavailable and report unfilled slots
  • Submit required forms to facility POCs 10 business days before CONUS visits and 30 business days before OCONUS visits
  • Conduct weekly scheduling meetings to review assessor schedules and gaps with Government schedulers and leadership
  • Submit TRIPS visit requests for assessors attending SRR classes
  • Provide a weekly Travel Schedule Status report, identifying trip modifications and scheduling discrepancies
  • Coordinate TRIPS communications with the Government Scheduler
  • Participate in scheduling tool enhancement meetings to define reporting needs
  • Maintain assessor technical expertise records via the Training Management System/ACP websites
  • Develop, manage, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Ensure all schedule activities align with project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Statement of Work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
  • Interface with program managers, technical leads, and functional teams to gather, validate, and integrate task-level inputs into the schedule.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define task dependencies, durations, and resource allocations in line with service delivery expectations.
  • Conduct critical path and float analysis to identify potential schedule impacts and propose corrective actions.
  • Perform schedule risk assessments and what-if analyses to support government reporting and decision-making.
  • Lead Schedule review meetings to communicate progress, forecast changes, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain configuration control of the baseline schedule and incorporate contract modifications and approved change requests.
  • Produce accurate reports (e.g., IPMR, CPAR support, or ad hoc schedule assessments) for the government customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cost analysts, risk managers, and performance evaluators for integrated planning.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for schedule-related audits, inspections, and data calls from Government leadership or DoD oversight agencies.
  • Ensure operational continuity by documenting and archiving scheduling processes, lessons learned, and performance trends across Agency initiatives.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
  • Seven (7) years of overall experience in DoD or Federal IT environments
  • Have an active DoD Secret clearance
  • DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Project, resource loading, leveling, and critical path analysis.


Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
