Position Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage an enterprise team who handles complex, large-scale opportunities. You will be relied upon to provide day to day management for a team of enterprise sales representatives, providing market feedback, and advancing strategic initiatives to enable your team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Enterprise Sales Reps and support quota attainment across the team
  • Support execution of Deque's sales operating system in management of your core team

    • Includes regular review and coaching of game-tape for each rep
    • Includes rigorous pipeline inspection, support and qualification for each rep


  • Integrate Challenger sales methodology into coaching with your team
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and support opportunity health by supporting reps in MEDDPIC qualification
  • Forecast effectively using Clari
  • Continuously consult with sales leadership to provide market feedback in order to support company strategy
  • Support reps in building complex strategy for large enterprise-level opportunities, including building account action plans
  • Support enterprise reps on customer calls
  • Collaborating with leadership on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Identify business challenges, conduct competitive analysis, propose analytically grounded, well-researched solutions, and drive execution.
  • Monitor emerging market trends and competitive intelligence

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience of sales management for sales reps who carry a quota above $3M
  • Experience regularly managing reps through complex, six to seven figure sales opportunities
  • Direct front-line enterprise sales experience
  • A strong technical aptitude
  • Understanding of Challenger methodology and MEDDPIC qualification
  • SaaS experience, background with DevOps a plus
