Brightview Randolph is excited to announce that due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an Executive Director to join our team! The Executive Director at a Brightview Senior Living community embraces the vision and mission of the organization and leads a team of Directors while successfully managing the various facets of the business to make Brightview a great place to work and a great place to live.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment and be empowered to lead your community with creativity and independence. You will oversee day to day business operations to ensure exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. Directors of each functional discipline will report directly to you and together you will lead the team of associates across the community.

As the Executive Director, you'll be involved in every facet of the operation - Hospitality, Health Services, Dining, Programming, Sales, Maintenance, and the Business Office. You'll have the opportunity to truly make your mark while making a difference in the lives of both residents and associates.


Salary Range

USD $145,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.


Qualifications

  • The desire to embrace Brightview's culture and operation strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills to help mold future leaders.
  • Successful operations experience specific to independent, assisted, Alzheimer's communities or related fields.
  • Sales acumen and ability to be the champion of sales efforts for the community.
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Three plus years management experience in similar environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, and industry specific software programs for marketing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Appropriate licensure (where applicable).
  • The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues at both a strategic and a functional level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
