You will guide clients through structured implementation methodologies and ensure delivery excellence aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day team operations, support professional development, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance our service delivery capabilities. What You Will Do: Lead implementation projects by analyzing client needs and designing tailored strategies that align with business objectives Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables Facilitate business process reviews, system configuration, testing, data migration, and custom reporting Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders Cultivate deep expertise in construction software platforms, aligning system capabilities with client requirements Team Leadership & Management Supervise and mentor a team of ERP & Project / Field Management consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth Oversee resource planning and project assignments to ensure balanced workloads and timely delivery Assist in performance reviews and support career development through coaching and training Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with company values Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency Minimum Qualifications: 5 years or more of software consulting experience, ideally in the construction industry Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting or Construction Management or 9 years of experience performing duties similar to what is listed in this job posting. Firm understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL). Firm understanding of construction project management processes (estimating, job costing, billing, etc.) Knowledge of construction systems such as Trimble Construction One, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, or CMiC Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
