Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintains clean, sanitary work areas. As required, greets clients and/or visitors, serves them meals, or provides them with requested directions or assistance. Prepares, seasons, and cooks food; carves and portions meat, fish or foul for individual servings. Plans menus for clients, visitors, and staff; determines type of food to order; estimates quantity of food to order; and plans use of leftovers. Trains and monitors clients assigned to kitchen duties. The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. EDUCATION
