Enterprise Solutions Manager

The Enterprise Solutions Manager will lead the team in delivering innovative end-user technology solutions. This role will interface with the entire organization looking for opportunities to enhance business processes and increase efficiencies throughout the organization. A customer first mindset is required along with a strong appetite for continuous improvement.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership & Strategy:Lead the Enterprise Solutions team, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • End-User Technology Solutions:Oversee the development and implementation of end-user technology solutions, utilizing no-code and low-code platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Microsoft Power Platform:Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to create impactful business solutions.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Implement and manage CRM systems to improve customer interactions, data management, and business insights.

  • Data Warehouse Principles:Understand and apply data warehouse principles to ensure effective data management, integration, and reporting.

  • Customer Service Excellence:Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding user needs, providing timely support, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

  • Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to identify technological needs and opportunities.

  • Training & Development:Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new technologies and best practices.

  • Project Management:Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.

EDUCATION:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent education, training and related project experience)

EXPERIENCE:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing technology solutions and teams.

  • Strong knowledge of no-code and low-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Proficiency in Power BI and other Microsoft tools.

  • Experience with CRM systems and their implementation.

  • Understanding of data warehouse principles and their application.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.

  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in Data Warehouse Management and Third-Party integrations.

  • Experience with Tableau to PowerBI migrations.

  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
