 POSITION SUMMARY: 
 Develop and facilitate live training in a dynamic and interactive formatDesign eTraining programsCoordinate core Professional Development services POSITION SALARY: $40,000-$45,000 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Delivers scheduled training programs at various Elwyn locationsDevelops new live and eTraining curriculum as assignedCompletes projects and coordinates core services as assignedUtilizes current research and information to design all trainingWorks with operations to complete a needs assessment to determine training objectives for assigned trainingDevelops dynamic curriculum utilizing various modalities to meet prescribed training objectivesDemonstrates a clear understanding of the job duties and challenges of Elwyn employee teams as evident by the curriculum designed and presented.Utilizes the following modalities or presentations in training design and presentation: Visual, Auditory, KinestheticPresents live training with clarity in pronunciation and volumeEngages participants by utilizing pertinent personal experience reflecting on participant experience.Facilitates effective content-related group discussion and interaction throughout the training program.Tailors the content of the training to the needs of the group while maintaining training objectives.Remains objective and focuses on content if/when conflict or emotional reactions occur.Demonstrates effective communication and conflict resolution skills.Conveys understanding of Elwyn policies and regulations in all training providedEnter completed training attendance information into Elwyn's Learning Management System (LMS)Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocolsObtain and maintain instructor certifications including but not limited to CPR, First Aid, crisis intervention and medication administrationPerform other duties as assigned EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: 
 Bachelor's degree in human service field preferredTwo (2) years' training experience or five (5) years' experience in the human service field paired with solid presentation skillsExperience developing curriculum is a plusFamiliarity with principles of adult learning theory preferredAvailability to provide training on nights and weekendsAbility to set up audiovisual and other training equipment and to transport training suppliesDemonstrated self-directed work habitsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamMust be able to perform CPR using agency-trained protocolsMust possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a group settingDemonstrated intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Publisher and report-writer experience preferredMust possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record Equal Opportunity Employer
