Title: D365 Senior Technical Consultant Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Processes, PCF Controls, and working with the Project Operations module. Additionally, the candidate should have experience developing Customer and Supplier Portals and leveraging the Power Platform with a strong emphasis on Power Automate. Your Job: * Develop and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Processes, and PCF Controls in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE. * Implement solutions within the Project Operations module. * Create and manage Customer and Supplier Portals. * Utilize Power Platform capabilities, especially Power Automate, to automate business processes. * Write clean, scalable code using coding languages such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, SQL, Web API, and XML. * Perform data conversion and migration using Kingsway Soft SSIS. * Use Azure DevOps for source control (GIT Repo), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment-related activities. * Work in an Agile environment, participating in Scrum and Sprints, and managing work using DevOps Features, User Stories, and Tasks. * Draft Technical Design Documents (TDD) for review with Senior Solution Architects. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. * Proven experience with Model-Driven Apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Processes, and PCF Controls. * Strong knowledge of Project Operations module and Customer/Supplier Portals. * Expertise in Power Platform with a focus on Power Automate. * Proficiency in coding languages: C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, SQL, Web API, and XML. * Experience with data conversion/migration using Kingsway Soft SSIS. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including GIT Repo, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities. * Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Sprints. * Ability to draft comprehensive Technical Design Documents (TDD). * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until June 23 2025.The annual salary for this position is between $110-130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:* Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance* Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off* 401(k) plan and contributions* Long-term/Short-term Disability* Paid Parental Leave* Employee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
