Role: Technical Lead Location: 6855 Pacific Street, Omaha, NE - 68106 (Onsite) Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Technical Lead - .Net" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using .Net technologies to meet business requirements. Oversee the implementation of SQL databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Provide technical expertise in WCF for developing secure and efficient communication protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity. Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility. Implement .Net Core solutions to enhance application performance and scalability. Participate in project planning and estimation contributing to the successful delivery of projects on time. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions accordingly. Possess strong experience in SQL demonstrating ability to design and manage complex databases. Have in-depth knowledge of WCF showcasing expertise in building reliable communication frameworks. Demonstrate proficiency in .Net Programming-C# .Net with a track record of developing robust applications. Experience with .Net Core is essential highlighting skills in modern application development. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Show strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Display a commitment to continuous learning staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Salary and Other Compensation: This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
