We are embarking on a significant change as we transition to a shared service model, designed to revolutionize the way we deliver HR services across the organization. This transformation is driven by our commitment to enhance efficiency, improve service quality, and provide a more consistent and streamlined experience for all employees. This will enable us to build a more agile and responsive HR function that better meets the needs of our dynamic workforce. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR generalist to join our HR shared services team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of our new HR service delivery model. This team will respond to queries and be critical architects of the new service delivery model to centralize and streamline HR functions to enhance efficiency, improve service delivery, and provide a seamless experience for employees across the organization. This team will support the HR Business Partner organization across the enterprise and provide expert HR services in the new model. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Normal, IL based applicants: $92,000 - $115,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
