JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conduct follow-up calls to customers after a sale to review and discuss the various benefits and options available
Review and sell Foley CSA options available post-sale as well as warranty upgrades, if applicable.
Instruct the customer in the usage & benefits of their complimentary oil sample kit.
Quote / Sell Extended EPP Coverage to add additional warranty to asset.
Monitor Customer owned equipment via Visionlink for Fault Codes and Hours reaching PM.
Contact customer when fault codes are active to notify customer of concern and offer field / shop service, contact customer about approaching PM for filter needs or service customer would like performed by the dealer.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
