Engineering, technology, and cybersecurity firm is seeking an experienced individual to support administrative activities for the Executive and Leadership Teams and support Marketing operations in the Corporate Office located in Oak Ridge, TN.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive and Leadership Teams with administrative tasks, including:
    1. Market research activities.
    2. Prepare and/or edit corporate documents (e.g., presentations, meeting materials, corporate reports, correspondence, etc.)
  • Coordinate registrations for conferences and tradeshows, including exhibiting and sponsoring.
  • Maintain calendars, including scheduling of meetings.

Additional Responsibilities as needed:

  • Support updates to website content.
  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook).
  • Support development of marketing materials (e.g., cutsheets, brochures, case studies, newsletters, advertisements, and press releases) - coordinate and track deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration highly desired
  • At least 7 years performing in a similar function (marketing and/or executive assistant).
  • Experience performing administrative tasks for multiple individuals.
  • Ability to handle matters expeditiously and proactively, meet deadlines, and follow-through on projects to successful completion and exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to federal government contracting.
  • Detail oriented work ethic and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of English grammar, mechanics, and usage.
  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point, Visio, etc.)

  • Experience creating various forms of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, display banner, website content, press releases, etc.)
  • Experience creating content for social media.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of social media best practices, trends, and platform changes.
  • Experience using graphic design software preferable (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
