POSITION SUMMARYThe Revenue & Supply Chain Analyst supports the Revenue Operations business unit, including Category, Inventory Management, Inbound Logistics, Revenue Management, Customer Enablement and Master Data in making data driven decisions by compiling and analyzing complex datasets to produce reporting solutions that enable the business to make data driven decisions. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders. the analyst will provide analytical insights that will enable the business to reach revenue and operational goals.

This position will be located onsite at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI (425 Better Way, Appleton, WI 54915) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in complex analytics pairing business knowledge with comprehensive data and system knowledge
  • Participate in successful execution and implementation of strategic projects by providing analytical support as assigned
  • Participates in supplier and brand meetings to communicate analysis results and provide data insights on things such as promotion results, inventory analysis, supply chain anomalies, etc.
  • Ad-hoc data maintenance and project work as assigned
  • Tasks may include such things as: maintain and update supplier marketing programs, develop promotion tracking reports, compile and analyze promotion results and communication to key stakeholders
  • Query relational databases using SQL to develop PowerBI tools to be used in analysis projects
  • Maintain PowerBI tools including, resolving issues, and developing enhancements as the business needs and technology changes

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • BS/BA degree (Supply Chain or Related Business Field)
  • 1-3 years of experience preferably in a related field
  • Essential skills needed to develop new solutions and align existing tools with changes in the business: project management, facilitation, advanced analytical skills, problem-solving, negotiation and relationship-building
  • Proficient with MS Excel, PowerBI, SQL
  • Advanced planning and organization skills
  • Resourceful self-starter, innovative and detail orientated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate data insights in a manner which is easily understood by general business users
  • Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across teams
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, striving to exceed expectations
