Here's what you can expect as a Director, Clinical Strategy Field Adoption at DaVita:

The Director, of Clinical Strategy Field Adoption will play an integral role in developing the strategic training and adoption plan and roadmap for clinical initiatives being deployed to the field teams. This position will focus on synthesizing internal clinical work, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities, partnering across training, learning and development, clinical and ops leadership, and executing on the launch of high priority initiatives. The Director will be a thought partner, internal consultant, and leader in continuing to build the future of DaVita's clinical strategy, partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop adoption plans that will lead to the highest impact clinical initiative launches and ensure ongoing adoption of field processes. This role will require strategic thinking and creative problem solving combined with practical operational experience to synthesize strategic initiatives and pilots and develop into a roadmap that will deliver the greatest impact to clinical outcomes and quality of life for kidney patients.

Location preference is Denver, CO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy.
  • Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and ATC lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoption.
  • Develop and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on capacity for new clinical initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes.
  • Travel up to 25%.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONS, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar
  • Bachelors degree is required. Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) is preferred with 3+ years post-graduate experience
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field
  • Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results
