Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for the development of an automated portfolio management solution Design and document functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical systems and facilitating seamless integration of developed solution. Assist in the deployment and testing of the automated solution across multiple systems, providing ongoing support and training to stakeholders to maximize adoption and effectiveness. Experience with multi-functional teams and technical development a plus. Update, advise, and collaborate with the other Project Manages regarding the ongoing alignment of the projects to the business strategy. Identify, track, and help resolve cross-project dependencies and conflicts. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of insurance projects from initiation through completion. Collaborate with experienced project managers and data science leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains. Qualifications 3 + years of Insurance experience a plus. (Property / Casualty) 3+ years of analytics experience required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile principles, sprint management, backlog grooming, and retrospective facilitation. Established reputation for building relationships with Project Managers and project teams in a large, complex organization and effectively leveraging those relationships to engage/influence outcomes. Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work with both technology and subject matter experts in the business. Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity. Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively. Solid influencing skills. Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions. Exposure to statistics/modeling/data science work preferred. Expert-level proficiency in configuring and using Jira Software, including advanced workflows, boards, custom fields, and permissions.
