Staffmark is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join a food production facility in Cypress, CA. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where safety, teamwork, and growth go hand-in-hand.

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Overtime: Flexible availability on Fridays as needed

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Accurately pack and inspect rice bags to meet quality standards
  • Operate case taping machines and palletize products up to 50 lbs
  • Assemble boxes with proper labels and assist with equipment cleaning
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations
  • Wear all required PPE: robe, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and hair/beard net



What We're Looking For:



  • Ability to count and work at a consistent pace on a production line
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Basic English communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and operate PIT equipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklift, Cherry Picker)
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift throughout your shift
