Staffmark is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join a food production facility in Cypress, CA. Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime: Flexible availability on Fridays as needed What You'll Be Doing: Accurately pack and inspect rice bags to meet quality standards Operate case taping machines and palletize products up to 50 lbs Assemble boxes with proper labels and assist with equipment cleaning Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations Wear all required PPE: robe, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and hair/beard net What We're Looking For: Ability to count and work at a consistent pace on a production line Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Basic English communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn and operate PIT equipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklift, Cherry Picker) Able to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift throughout your shift Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
