We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR-related functions for the Anesthesia Foundation. This role will provide strategic leadership and hands-on management across key HR areas including recruitment, compensation, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. This is a hybrid role that will be required to work onsite at least 3 days each week.
