Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for an Assistant Director of Recruiting - Football.

Salary Grade: A66

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Recruiting will provide high-level support and advice to the Associate GM for Personnel and Recruitment. Primary duties will include assisting with all recruitment and personnel tasks and projects. Performs other duties assigned by the Associate GM for Personnel and Recruitment.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree and at least two years of directly related full-time experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:



  • Previous experience with a Division 1 Football program.
  • Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.


Required Skills & Abilities:



  • Must be able to work a highly variable schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast paced environment.
