***THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION*** Job Summary VSolvit is seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to support Agile software development teams on a mission-critical government program. As a servant leader and coach, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support team performance, and drive continuous improvement across Agile teams. This mid-level role requires someone who is passionate about Agile values and practices, excels at removing impediments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your work will help ensure the successful delivery of high-impact technology solutions for our government client. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these are, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), and staying focused on the assigned tasks including company meetings, and completing other tasks as assigned.
