Summary: We are seeking a Lockbox Processing Clerk with proven experience in Wholesale batching and prepping documents including EOBs, checks, and invoices. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in a lockbox or high-volume processing environment. Data-entry-only backgrounds will not be considered. ?? Responsibilities: Perform batching and prepping of Wholesale, Retail, and Whotail lockbox documents. Extract checks, EOBs, correspondence, invoices, and remittance items from envelopes. Operate Opex 150, NCR 7780, and Mail Sorters for document processing. Identify and handle Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) accurately. Use 10-key keypad by sight for calculations and data verification. Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail. Generate deposits, reports, and statements using internal systems. ?? Requirements: 2+ years experience in lockbox or processing operations (Wholesale strongly preferred). Proven batching & prepping skills for Wholesale, Retail, and Whotail documents. Familiarity with EOBs and healthcare remittance processing. Experience using Opex, NCR, or similar mail/document processing equipment. Accurate 10-key keypad skills and basic math capabilities. Clear understanding of check reading and remittance documents. Strong attention to detail and quality control.
