About This Role
The Tower Revenue Account Specialist is responsible for lease entry, payment application, and receivables integrity for assigned tower tenant accounts. This role reviews and extracts financial terms for tenant lease agreements, ensures accurate and timely payment application, and performs collections activities for outstanding receivables.
- Maintain the integrity of the lease administration system and ensure invoicing accuracy through the abstraction of new leases and amendments
- Assist in the on-going management of the lease administration system by performing data audits and clean- up (e.g. renewals, expirations, tenant changes, estoppels, lease status)
- Ensure timely and accurate application of all tower revenue payments
- Perform tower revenue payment reconciliation to ensure accurate invoicing
- Correspond directly with tenants regarding insufficient and/or inaccurate remittance information; resolve and monitor timely resolution
- Perform accounts receivable functions including researching/resolving payment issues and contacting tenants via phone, email, and formal written notice to collect outstanding balances
- Assist in maintaining files of lease related documents in the electronic repository for contracts
- Partner with Cash Accounting, Treasury and Financial Institutions to resolve payment/Lockbox issues, to achieve tighter controls and prevent revenue loss
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and presenting training, and departmental materials specific to individual job duties (to include process maps and documentation)
- Ensure deadlines are met and maintain data in several formats for metrics and SLA reporting
- Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum two years of administrative experience (can include internships), preferably in real estate, accounting, finance, legal, or related industry
- Intermediate user of Excel and proficient with other MS Office suite products
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and under firm deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or other related field
- Tririga and/or SAP experience a plus
- Accounts receivable experience a plus
