To learn more visit www.progress.com/federal. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Operations to oversee and optimize back-office functions for the PFS. This leadership role functions similarly to a Chief of Staff, serving as a key integrator across internal teams and corporate counterparts. The ideal candidate will bring operational rigor, strategic insight, and cross-functional leadership to ensure that internal operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with broader business objectives. This individual will work closely with corporate functions-including HR, Marketing, IT, and Finance-and serve as a critical liaison between the PFS and Progress to align strategies, streamline processes, and support organizational growth.
