Position Details:

As the Digital Marketing Associate, you are responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email, and other digital channels. Working across the entire digital portfolio, you will support content creation, campaign execution, data analysis, and optimization strategies.

Reporting to the Digital Director, this is a full time, non-exempt position on a hybrid schedule (in office a minimum of 4 days per week).

You Will:

  • Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email.
  • Support website updates and content management, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and SEO best practices.
  • Help create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and report on performance.
  • Help with email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct research and analysis to track key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support media campaigns by assisting with setup, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as needed

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
