The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $72,600.00 to $114,631.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities
The Digital Risk Model Analyst leads the deployment and optimization of risk models within our banking operations. This role involves model risk assessments, data mapping, and validation ensuring accuracy and efficiency in predictive modeling.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Data Science, Finance, Statistics
- 3 years experience in model implementation, model validation, risk assessments, and parameter tuning
Preferences:
- Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS)
- experience in banking operations, fraud detection, or credit risk modeling
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML model governance
- (FRM) Certified Financial Risk Manager
- (CFA) Chartered Financial Analyst
- Ability to pivot and creatively problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities simultaneously
- Clear understanding of model risk management frameworks and working with or applying the standards set forth in supervisory letters guiding model risk management, to include OCC Bulletin 2011-12 and FRB SR 11-7
- Project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SAS or similar tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
