The NYC Department of Transportation's Staten Island Borough Commissioner's Office (SIBCO) seeks a College Aide to assist with various administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will directly assist SIBCO staff with all telephone inquiries from the public and various entities on transportation related issues, input office Agency Response Tracking System (ARTS) correspondence, assist in coordinating copying and filing of correspondence response letters, assist staff in other related duties. Minimum Qualifications For Assignment Level I: Preferred Skills

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment. However, City Employees in certain titles who have worked for the City for 2 continuous years may also be eligible to reside in Nassau, Suffolk, Putnam, Westchester, Rockland, or Orange County.
