A baccalaureate degree in civil engineering from an accredited college. A degree in any other engineering area or in civil engineering technology is not acceptable. Preferred Skills
Candidate must be proficient in Roadway design, Topographical surveys Asphalt production and construction and Asphalt specifications and technical writing. Candidate must have a valid New York State Driver License and be willing to travel to conduct outdoor field inspections in all weather conditions, and occasionally work overtime including nights, weekends and holidays. 55a Program
