Overview

This postition will oversee 2 properties, Residence Inn Deptford and Fairfield Inn Deptford.



Responsibilities

Includes leading the preventative maintenance program by assisting and evaluating direct reports. Also, full oversight of life safety program and trainings, inspections, capital improvements, bid processes and hands on repairs.



Qualifications

Previous experience with supervising others. Ability to make on site repairs and skill set to understand defects and exhibit knowledge on how to properly repair them. High level organizational skills to properly meet budgetary spending and ensure proper inventory PAR levels . Must have previous experience in all areas to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting.
