TheMD&C Ecosystem Training Specialistis responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enable business users, data stewards, and technical teams to effectively work with the organization's interconnected digital ecosystem. This ecosystem includes tools and platforms such as PIM, DAM (e.g., Informatica P360, MDM, etc,), and related systems involved in master data and content creation, maintenance, and governance.
This role ensures that all stakeholders understand the tools and their processes, standards, functionalities, and are empowered to use them correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience in adult learning principles, system training delivery, and change enablement in a digital or data-driven environment. .
The work model for the role is onsite/ hybrid/ remote.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training strategy for the master data and content ecosystem, aligned with system rollouts, business processes, and change initiatives
Conduct stakeholder interviews and needs assessments to identify learning gaps and prioritize training topics
Design training materials for various user groups including data stewards, key users, approvers, business analysts, and customers
Develop engaging, role-specific content including user guides, e-learning modules, process walkthroughs, videos, and quick reference cards
Facilitate live training sessions (online or in-person), webinars, and workshops tailored to specific business units and roles
Work closely with project managers, system owners, data governance teams, and business leads to coordinate training needs for system rollouts or process changes

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Certifications in Training Delivery (e.g., CompTIA CTT+), Instructional Design (e.g., ATD, ADDIE), or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) are a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in designing and delivering training in a business systems or enterprise IT environment
• Familiarity with digital platforms and master data environments (ERP, PIM, MDM)
• Ability to quickly learn and explain system functionality and workflows in tools such as Informatica P360, DAM, SAP
