NIQ is seeking a Manager for the Pack & Design Product Team to support the development and delivery of our packaging and creative design evaluation solutions. This role focuses on helping brands optimize their packaging by combining survey-based consumer feedback with neuroscience-based behavioral insights to uncover what drives attention, emotion, and purchase intent.

Ideal for someone early in their product or research career, this role is a blend of research operations, product support, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll help bring to life testing solutions that give brands the confidence to move forward with packaging and design that performs.

Product & Methodology Support

  • Build expertise in NIQ's packaging and design testing methodologies, including both survey and Neuro-based approaches.
  • Assist in developing products that deliver on core consumer needs and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Provide internal teams with support on product setup, execution, and data interpretation.

Execution & Delivery

  • Coordinate with operations, tech, client consulting, and neuroscience teams to ensure smooth execution of ad effectiveness studies.
  • Collate and analyze results of R&D projects to enable decision-making and smart product design.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with commercial, and client service teams to understand client needs and improve solution delivery.

Market & Innovation Awareness

  • Stay informed about industry trends in packaging, shopper behavior, and creative testing.
  • Track competitor offerings and assist in identifying ways to evolve NIQ's solutions with emerging technologies or methods.
Qualifications
  • Execution Accuracy & Timeliness: High-quality delivery of packaging and design testing studies.
  • Team Support & Collaboration: Effective partnerships across research, product, and commercial teams.
  • Methodological Fluency: Clear understanding of the role of both Neuro and survey techniques in evaluating pack/design performance.
  • Client Value Contribution: Help produce insights that guide confident packaging decisions and drive client success.
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $88k to $125k Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a Sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
