Summary:

Goldbelt Nisga'a TEK, LLC is seeking a Clinical Training Manager.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Management of all clinical training courses and event requirements with customer units
  • Management of staff schedules set by the training manager related to daily work requirements of the training section staff.
  • Management and coordination with RTS-MED government and contract staff on clinical training logistics.
  • Management of implementation of clinical training updates and course modernization to support Army needs.
  • Personnel development through evaluation of instructors on clinical skills and instruction, using standardized assessment tools.
  • Management of customer unit long term exercise(s) or mobilization goals in collaboration with the training manager (working with units 1-3 years in advance).
  • Serves as a primary or assistant instructor for Hospital Center Primary Leadership Level Courses, such as Ward Master Course, EXNET.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on qualification and certification requirements for internal training/ programs such as BLS, ALS and PALS.
  • Serves as the program director for BLS, ALS and PALS programs; ensures all site validation requirements are met with Military Training Network (MTN).
  • Serves as the subject matter expert of all matters related to Military Medical Simulations Training and use of Medical Training Center or Clinical Skills Lab materials and needs.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience collaborating with a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least one of the following: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Paramedic, Former Special Forces Medic (18D), Licensed Physician Assistant.
  • Four years of military experience as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer (E-5 or above), with at least two years of experience in project or personnel management.
  • Shall have recent Project Management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
  • Shall have management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
  • Shall have military medical experience with Role 2 or Role 3 Army Field Medical Treatment Facilities or Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support Systems or Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility operations.
  • Shall be BLS, ALS and PALS certified within 90 days of hire.
  • Shall become Instructor Qualified in ALS and PALS within 180 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $100,000 annually.
