Will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the department.
Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions- Perform laboratory bench procedures for services as defined above. -Participate in the annual development of a clinical pathology services budget. -Coordinate CCM fee-for-service laboratory testing services. -Work with the Pathologist to develop standard operating procedures, training, and proficiency assessment materials for laboratory staff. -Coordinate CCM non-billable laboratory services for Services staff. -Maintain adequate documentation of instrument services and maintenance, as well as the tests provided (SOPs, warranties, service agreements, Records, etc.) for laboratory testing and research. -Track staff and resource utilization and identify missed billing opportunities. Education Minimum of 6 months in an IVF Laboratory setting. Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role in a complex environment.
