Logistics Program Manager - 7+ years experience Summary Join a high-performing logistics operations team focused on optimizing supply chain performance and ensuring outstanding service delivery. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence through supplier performance management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Our Ideal Candidate - 7+ years of experience in logistics operations, vendor/3PL management, or supply chain optimization - Passion for logistics and distribution with a strong foundation in supplier oversight and continuous improvement - Proficient in logistics management systems and performance tracking tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiar with KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and process development methodologies - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional, matrixed teams across dynamic environments - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Flexible and adaptable to shifting timelines and evolving organizational goals - Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Job Description In this role, you will manage supplier relationships and monitor performance across logistics and distribution functions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and develop scalable solutions. This includes leading continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, driving vendor accountability, and managing costs. You will also establish systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing operational data to support the team's success and ensure high levels of customer service. Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations - Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus Additional Requirements Please include your resume when applying. This opportunity is located in Austin, TX and requires hybrid work (2-3 days onsite per week). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60.00 - $63.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
