We're looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Shared Services Manager to lead and evolve our global People Operations support model in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role supports both strategic initiatives and day to day operations to help build a high performing organization and employee experience. As the HR Shared Services Manager, you'll optimize HR processes and lead the global expansion of our shared services model. This role will report directly to the Sr. People Operations Manager and will lead a global team of 8, with potential for expanded oversight as the team grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with People Operations leadership to design, enhance, and streamline global HR processes and systems, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with department goals. Provide strategic and hands on leadership to a global HRSS team, including performance management, training and career development. Consult with key stakeholders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to understand business needs, undertake the implementation of key programs and support the improvement process. Regional Collaboration: Work with People Operations leadership to drive the global expansion and standardization of HR shared services processes, ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth across all countries. Support Fast, Strategic Execution: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to implement programs and tools that meet the evolving needs of the business and workforce. Act as a Trusted Partner and Escalation Point: Be a go-to resource for complex issues, while supporting and developing the team to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement. Operate with Agility and a Growth Mindset: Stay ahead of change, reprioritize quickly when needed, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in HRSS, with 2-3 years managing an international team. Strong working knowledge and understanding of regional HR legislation/employment laws, principles, policies and procedures. Strong working knowledge of HR Technology, preferably Workday (HCM) and ServiceNow, is highly desirable.

Strong project management skills and proven organizational skills. Excellent collaboration skills - comfort managing up and across the organization, with strong credibility and ability to influence leaders and team. Ability to manage workload and projects across different time zones. Demonstrates strong change management capabilities, with careful consideration of technology, process, and system implications. Comfortable managing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $126,000 - $175,300.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
