We Require
One year of clerical experience High school diploma or GED - Post-secondary education may substitute for therequiredexperience on a year-for-year basis
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills

Job Contributions
Responsible for handling the division's incoming calls Organize case files for close-out and storage. Enter case disposition and close-out information into the Maricopa County Attorney's Office internal database Enter and retrieve case information from various databases, including motor vehicle department, justice court database, and superior court database, among others Maintain a current terminal operator certification with Department of Public Safety Provide reception relief/coverage; answer multi-line telephone - answer general information questions, transfer calls, take messages Review electronic minute entry folder. Retrieve and distribute electronic pleadings and minute entries Retrieve and distribute database reminders Generate notifications as required by Victim Rights' statutes Review, retrieve, and distribute Victim Information Sheets daily Prepare case for assignment and generate corresponding case-related documents
Working Conditions
Mostly office setting in high volume, fast-paced environment Requires long periods of sitting while completing computer activities Ability to travel to and from various county locations for meetings and trainings, utilizing personal or county vehicle Ability to lift boxes and pull mailcart weighing 25 - 40 pounds
