In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and web leads-resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is positive and professional. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in providing outstanding client experience.
