About the role

We are looking for a Benefits Support Specialist to support the Implementation and Account Managers in launching new Employer Group accounts and servicing existing accounts. This role involves working with Group Life, Disability, Absence Management, and Voluntary Benefits. • Agent and Census Management: Manage agent appointments and AOR changes, review enrollment census data for new clients, and analyze renewal census data to support ongoing case management.
  • Renewal Process Oversight: Oversee the renewal process for assigned accounts, collaborate with Sales Executives to negotiate plan changes and renewal terms, and communicate renewal decisions to internal teams.
  • Contract Amendments and Special Projects: Coordinate contract amendments with internal teams to align with customer intent, and support special projects and customer-focused initiatives as needed.
  • Tracking and Assignment: Ensure accurate tracking and assignment of new business by reviewing sold case notifications and updating relevant partners.
  • Leadership Support: Provide assistance to Account Management, Implementation, and Leadership teams with departmental improvements and special projects.
