Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce and Tableau Cloud solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Oversee the implementation of secure, scalable systems aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance on platform best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials for users and stakeholders.
• Analyze current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and performance enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations through robust governance measures.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to improve system capabilities and user experience.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to maintain operational continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective delivery and support of technical solutions.
• Implement data management and analytics strategies using Tableau Cloud to generate business insights.
• Support project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and its application in complex enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Tableau Cloud, with a strong focus on data visualization and analytics.
• Proven experience in system integration, optimization, and successful project delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
• In-depth knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with extensive industry experience.

Certifications Required

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
• Tableau Desktop Specialist

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: \$155,000 - \$175,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
