In this key leadership role, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly-driving performance in resident satisfaction, occupancy, community appeal, team operations, and financial results. What You'll Do Lead Multi-Community Operations: Oversee the daily performance, appearance, and safety of multiple residential communities-ensuring high standards in maintenance, compliance, and resident satisfaction. Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, optimize revenue, and handle rent collections, evictions, and vendor contracts to meet and exceed financial goals. Champion Resident Relations: Build strong community connections by planning engaging resident events, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming, service-oriented environment. Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Enforce company policies and legal regulations while maintaining safe, organized, and compliant workplaces for staff and residents alike. Empower High-Performing Teams: Set clear goals, mentor staff, monitor performance, and promote growth through feedback, recognition, and development opportunities. Maximize Community Value & Growth: Manage home sales, market research, and home refurbishments while strategically positioning communities to attract and retain residents. What We're Looking For Financial & Tech Savvy: Confidently manage budgets, control expenses, and identify revenue opportunities with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific systems. Detail-Oriented & Organized: Excel at juggling multiple priorities through expert time management, organization, and scheduling-always with precision and focus.
