Our client is looking to hire a Desktop Technician. This position will support internal employees as well as the clinicians and medical professionals out in the field. The end user computing team works through three rotations 1. Imaging and deployments for new hires 2. Ticket escalations from the ServiceDesk 3. In person deskside support for end users onsite. Candidates will need to have prior experience deploying images for new hires utilizing a deployment tool such as Intune, SCCM, or the MDT Toolkit. They will also need experience supporting and troubleshooting incidents within the M365 suite. Network configuration and connectivity incidents will also be frequent in this role.
*Skills* 1. Prior Experience deploying and troubleshooting Images for new and refurbished devices -Intune, SCCM, MDT Toolkit are preferred 2. Experience supporting the M365 suite 3. Experience troubleshooting and resolving network/connectivity incidents *Additional Skills & Qualifications* A strong candidate will also possess the ability to communicate effectively while documenting incidents in ServiceNow or directly with a team member. Candidates should be able to discuss their experience working on teams and/or projects, while also explaining the various processes and procedures that were in place in previous roles. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
