*Description*
Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Service Desk agent for a 12 month contract. This Analyst will come in working as an End User Support Tech working at a Service Desk, handling customer issues in person, via phone, via email, etc. They need to have had previous experience within complex troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to Mac, Windows, MS Office, etc. This is a Hybrid schedule. 1 remote day a week. Must have 3+ years experience working in a true Service Desk role. *Skills* Active Directory, Intune, Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerShell, MDM, video teleconferencing *Top Skills Details* Active Directory, Intune, Windows, Microsoft Office, Mac *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Need someone who has a positive attitude, growth mindset, etc. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
