*Description*
Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Primary Functions * Project Information o Miscellaneous creation and furnish only quote submission. o Submission of quotes to various customer databases and individual customers. o Tracking of all expenses to monitor potential overruns. o eMOP submission. o End of Job documentation creation and submission. o Submission of invoice requests. o Final closure of projects. o Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients. o Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. * Project Reporting and Data Management o Generate regular and ad hoc financial activity reports including but not limited to the following: * Invoicing Reports. * Billable vs Non-Billable expense reports. * eMOP submission. * End of Job documentation. * Other reports as requested by Operations Manager. o Ensure that all financial-related actions are processed correctly and in a timely manner. o Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors. o Monitor and enforce operations process and escalate when required. *Skills* Operations analysis, Data analysis, eMOP, office skills, ms suite, Project management *Top Skills Details* Operations analysis,Data analysis,eMOP,office skills,ms suite *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing and utilized to maintain an environment of continuous improvement. * Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization. * Complete data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
