Job Description The Instructional Developer creates Instructor led content designed to meet the educational needs of our clients. They develop effective partnerships with clients to ensure client learning objectives are achieved as a result of course development.** We are hiring for Claims Education Design Consultants for our brand-new Allstate University! We are seeking professionals to develop instructor-led training content focused on Auto, Property, or CAT Claims. Previous claims handling experience is highly preferred. This role is remote, with occasional travel to our Dallas, TX location as needed.
