Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Rochester, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for the client's products in the S125 Client Service Center.
  • Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and by the client's policies and procedures.
  • Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/clients' employees.
  • Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators.
  • Provides education on S125 products, client's policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations.
  • Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the client.
  • Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of the client's products.
  • Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Documents all interactions, performs data entry, and maintains good prioritization and organization.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (6 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Client or customer service experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Contact center or call center experience.
  • Employee benefits, health insurance, or claims experience.
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to multitask across multiple screens.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
