Responsibilities

At Keysight, design engineering software is an integral part of everything we make - from simulation and automation, standards compliance, to virtual prototyping and design data and IP management.

We are seeking a software Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase product adoption, drive engagement and grow lead generation for our Electronic Design Automation (EDA) solutions. Your stories will highlight use cases across the High-Speed Digital design workflow including simulation and automation, standards compliance, and design data/IP management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be able to quickly gain new knowledge, develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies, and write compelling content suitable for buyers and buyer-influencers.

In this role you will be a key member of the Design Engineering software Product Marketing team. Our team combines a deep understanding of product strategy with storytelling to create high impact marketing campaigns that influence perception and foster demand. As a software PMM, you will use these skills to evangelize the capabilities of our software and how they enable design engineers to deliver the next generations of innovative products and solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement data-driven demand generation strategies aligned with business unit goals to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, content, account-based marketing) to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Develop multi-channel messaging framework and core content including whitepapers, eBooks, product demos, videos, and webcasts.
  • Design buyer journey, targeted engagement strategies and content to nurture leads through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Work with the global sales/field marketing team, product managers, and dedicated Marcom resources to refine your campaign plans and ensure that your content comes alive across digital and physical channels.
  • Coordinate launch strategies, including key messaging, segmentation strategies, promotional activities, and market positioning.
  • Track key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI), analyzes campaign performance, and leverage insights to refine tactics and maximize impact.

Ultimately, you will have the freedom to create the best possible campaigns and deliver your content to tens of thousands of potential customers. You will have abundant support, including access to designers, branding experts, marketing consultants, e-mail experts, copy editors, graphic artists, and more.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or University Degree or equivalent (technical studies or marketing preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in a content-creation field - for example, technical marketing, product marketing, or engineering content development.
  • Strong technical background with experience promoting high technology products for the world's best semiconductor infrastructure solutions suppliers.
  • Experience developing product marketing campaigns (messaging, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, and webcasts).
  • Experience transforming complex topics into digestible concepts.
  • Ability to think creatively and break industry stereotypes.
  • Excellent writing skills and a passion for storytelling and digital content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven success working with global, cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • Master's degree, MBA, or higher in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Expert-level knowledge of High Speed Digital Design or similar field.
  • Knowledge of technologies like: PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, Chiplet, IoT, etc.
  • Knowledge of data and IP management solutions such as Cliosoft, Perforce, IC Manage, etc.
  • Expertise in Keysight EDA tools like ADS & SystemVue. Also, knowledge of other industry tools like Virtuoso, HFSS, Matlab, Simulink, etc.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
