Supply Chain Analyst, Munitions

We're looking for a full-time staff, Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Middletown, IA. The individual is capable of preparing detailed proposals/cost estimates through deliverables established by customer Request for Quote packages, Bill of Materials & Technical Data Packages including labor, materials, storage costs, indirect costs, testing, cash flow and long term planning. In addition, continuous improvement efforts in supporting supplier development, expansion of supply base and achieving supplier diversity goals

As the Supply Chain Analyst, here's the work you'll do:

• Supports buyers/specialists in supplier selection, support market information requests & provide adherence to USG & DOD regulatory requirements
• Assists Supply Chain Team in issuing Supplier RFPs, receives and evaluates bids, Supports the management of multiple activities across the lifecycle of the Proposal process; Utilizes SAP and other data sources to manage data and provide information to the Buyers efficiently.
• Perform detailed quantity take off's from drawings and technical data packages in developing a bill of material.
• Drive supplier development and expansion of supply base to optimize profitability.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative and positive working relationships with various internal stakeholders including Operations, Project Management and DZ teammates.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

• Solid verbal and written communication skills including ability to present material.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and SAP/ERP Systems.
• Understanding of Supply Chain operations/practices and familiarity with sourcing and commodity management.
• Interpersonal skills to include the ability to clearly communicate issues, identify potential opportunities and support buyers and managers in data collection and sourcing process
• Experience in government contracting, munitions' industry and manufacturing environments.

• Associate's Degree (AA) Associate's degree or Technical Degree in Business or related field Required
• 5+ years Relevant Work Experience Require

In compliance with the state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $61,680.00 - $92,520.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic locaiton. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
