Position Summary

The Production Lead works side by side with the team and is responsible for monitoring daily activity of the production line and is the point person for line workers by ensuring team work, activity coordination and productivity on the shift. The Production Lead is also responsible for preparation of batter mixtures and maintaining finished product quality coming off of the line.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail

• Safety minded with the ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free environment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Manual pallet jack experience or ability to learn
• Basic math skills
