Lead Global Logistics Strategy as Senior Director, Overseas Agencies
The Pasha Group is seeking a strategic and globally experienced Senior Director, Overseas Agencies to drive the development and execution of a multi-year logistics strategy across Europe and Asia. This role oversees the operational and financial performance of contracted and company-owned partners while influencing the success of our Claims Management Services (CMS) business unit.
Global Operations Oversight
- Manage Worldwide Origin & Destination Services: Oversee household goods movements using a global network of company-owned and contracted packing and consolidation partners.
- Negotiate International Vendor Agreements: Secure annual agency rates and establish clear expectations for service delivery.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Lead metric-driven oversight of all local services worldwide to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality performance.
- Standardize Global Reporting: Establish and enforce uniform reporting and metrics aligned with divisional standards.
Financial & Strategic Leadership
- Drive Profitability: Monitor weekly financial performance and provide forecasts; proactively implement solutions to exceed budget targets.
- Oversee Capital & Operating Budgets: Develop and manage multi-year budgets in alignment with enterprise financial goals.
- Champion Strategic Initiatives: Support the development of long-range business goals and performance plans that align with corporate strategy.
- Deliver Operational Forecasts: Create and manage variance reports that inform business decisions and highlight financial trends.
Vendor & Asset Management
- Monitor Liftvan Inventory: Work with Liftvan Management to ensure supply meets demand across operations.
- Manage Fixed Assets Globally: Oversee acquisition, tracking, and purchasing decisions aligned with financial objectives.
- Lead Contract Compliance: Ensure vendor deliverables align with contractual agreements and strategic objectives.
Customer & Performance Excellence
- Provide KPI Reporting: Regularly share key performance indicators with customers and executive stakeholders.
- Develop Quality Programs: Collaborate on quality management strategies that support service improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Enhance Customer and Vendor Rate Practices: Act as the subject matter expert on rate structures and documentation policies.
Team Development & Organizational Influence
- Develop Global Teams: Lead and mentor Overseas Agencies teams, creating succession and development plans for long-term leadership sustainability.
- Strengthen Cross-Cultural Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with overseas vendors, partners, and competitors.
- Support Training Programs: Ensure staff are adequately trained on procedures and reporting requirements aligned with the cyclical nature of the business.
- Drive Cultural Integration: Promote high performance and consistency across global operations and support collaboration across time zones and regions.
Qualifications & Background
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
Certifications:
- Valid passport for international travel required
- Visas for applicable international locations required
Experience:
- 12+ years of logistics/transportation experience with increasing responsibilities
- 6+ years in senior management roles with budget oversight
- Experience with global shipping regulations and regional logistics across Europe and Asia
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in household goods logistics, freight, and cargo operations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage international vendor relationships and contractual performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Multilingual (Japanese, Italian, and/or German)

Work Environment & Travel
- Location: Corporate office with international vendor and port facility interface
- Travel: Up to 40% travel, including weekends and international destinations such as Japan, Korea, the UK, and EU countries

Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.
Zone 1: $200,000 - $235,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 25% of eligible compensation
