Zayo is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist to work closely with the Commercial HR Business Partner team to implement and administer a variety of human resource programs.As a key member of our Human Resource organization, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting our employees, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Our Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist reports to the Head of HR Business Partner for the Commercial business segment. This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment and grow within the HR Business Partner career path. *We're open to this position being based in Zayo's Downtown Denver office (1401 Wynkoop.) As part of Zayo's hybrid work environment, this role will work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week with flexibility for more time in office based on business needs. Responsibilities:

Estimated Base Salary Range: $56,300 - $75,050 USD/annually. #LI-EC1 #LI-Hybrid The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
